Refund & Cancellation Policy
At our bakery, every product is freshly prepared and handcrafted specially for your order. We request customers to kindly read our policy before placing an order.
Cancellation Policy
* Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order.
* Once the order has entered preparation/designing stage, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
* Same-day, customised, theme-based, and bulk orders are non-cancellable once confirmed.
Refund & Replacement Policy
As our products are perishable and made-to-order, refunds are generally not applicable. However, we genuinely care about customer experience and will review concerns fairly.
Refunds/replacements may be considered only if:
* An incorrect product was delivered
* The product was significantly damaged during delivery
* There is a verified quality issue from our end
To raise a concern:
* Customers must contact us within 2 hours of delivery/pickup
* Relevant photos/videos of the product and packaging must be shared for review
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds/replacements will not be applicable for:
* Minor variations in colour, design, or decoration (as all products are handmade)
* Personal taste/preferences
* Damage caused after delivery
* Delays due to incorrect address/contact information provided by the customer
* Failure to follow storage or handling instructions
Delivery & Delay
While we strive to deliver on time, delays caused by weather, traffic, unforeseen circumstances, or third-party delivery partners may occasionally occur. Such delays shall not qualify for cancellation or refund.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method or issued as store credit/voucher, depending on the case
