Fleurons is widely known for creating cakes which are made from our OG (Original) recipes, in small batches without using any stabilisers/emulsifiers or preservatives/premixes. All our cakes are made from simple ingredients and we take great pride in this fact. Simple ingredients, which you can read the label of Fleurons’ Vanilla Cake is soft, delectable and perfectly paired with our signature buttercream, which is made of 3 simple ingredients.

WHAT MAKES THE VANILLA CAKES SO GOOD

In Spite of using cheap quality whipped creams easily available in the market, we experimented on creating our own whipped buttercream which goes perfectly with our vanilla sponge, made from scratch, using our original recipe. What’s a sponge? The bread/cake part in a cake is called a sponge.

THE BUTTERCREAM

We found our perfect buttercream after dozens of tests and trials. This buttercream helps us lock the softness & moisture content of our cakes and prevents drying. When you have a fleurons cake, always remember to consume it at room temperature or when the buttercream starts to melt. Treat it like the butter in your fridge. It’s genuinely just that! But if it’s so buttery, why does it not feel like that? The secret? We whip it! This allows it to become extra smooth

GIFTING

Vanilla cakes paired with fruits make for an amazing offering for birthdays, anniversaries and special occasions. The elders in our family are particularly more drawn towards a fruit cake rather than a chocolate cake. That’s why I’m india. Whenever we think of a family cake, it always has to be a combination of vanilla and chocolate or simply a vanilla fruit cake!

Our vanilla & fruit cakes being soft and delicious, make for a great family cake! There is always something for someone to relish. Shall you want, you can also opt for a Choco-vanilla cake, which is a perfect mix of vanilla cake with chocolate ganache. The best of both worlds in a cake!
